What is the return and/or exchange policy?
Each pair of Wazi Shoes is handmade, and we do quality checks throughout the production process. Each pair is unique with some variations in leather color and beadwork. Your happiness is our priority. We want you to love your Wazis, so if there is an issue please do contact us. We can replace your shoes for a different style or size, or if needed, refund you. Happiness Guaranteed!
To initiate a return and/or exchange, please email us at email@example.com with your first and last name, order number, any issues you have had and the style(s) and sizes you wish to return/exchange.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
If your order is in stock, we aim to ship in 24 hours. If it is backordered or you are preordering, you will receive an email with an estimated timeframe for shipment. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking details. Packages can take between three to seven business days to arrive depending on your location in the US.
Can I modify or cancel an order after placing it online?
Any changes or cancellations to orders placed online must be sent via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will aim to cancel your order but if it has already been routed to our distribution center it may need to be returned by you if already processed. Shipping costs for cancelled orders will not be refunded.
What is Wazi Shoes shipping policy?
Shipping is based on your location in the US which will be calculated at checkout. All orders ship directly from our distribution center in Chicago using UPS/USPS/FEDEX.
